Warranty Policy

  • The following Warranty Policy applies to EON watches purchased in the original labelled packaging in The State of Qatar, with legible original serial number printed on the watch and presented for warranty service in Qatar.

  • Warranty Terms and Conditions

Your timepiece has been proudly produced to stringent standards upheld at EON. During the course of manufacturing, we undertake rigid quality control protocols. Should you experience any manufacturing or assembly defects, you are covered by this warranty policy. All EON watches are covered by warranty against defects in manufacturing and materials. Please contact us by completing the form at the bottom of this page, and an EON representative will be in contact within 72 hours.

EON warrants its products against defects in materials, manufacturing and assembly for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase stated on your original invoice and/or the warranty booklet (the “Warranty Period”). If the product is returned during the Warranty Period, EON will repair or replace any defective watch or part free of charge within a reasonable time after the product is returned, subject to the exclusions mentioned in the "Warranty Coverage" section and reserves the right to charge for shipping costs. Upon expiration of the Warranty Period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.

  • Service Process

In case of an observed defect with your timepiece you must contact EON and make arrangements with our representatives. Once your case is logged and evaluated, you will be requested to dispatch your timepiece in its original packaging (to avoid damage during shipping process) to our workshop location in Doha, Qatar. You may be responsible for transportation costs, including, but not limited to, postage, insurance and packing materials. We recommend that any shipments to us include certified delivery and insurance.

In order to obtain service on the grounds of this warranty policy, the returned watch must be accompanied by the original warranty card/certificate that was included with the watch in the packaging at the time of purchase, with correct information, purchase date, stamp and signature of authorized EON representative. The warranty card/certificate cannot be completed by the purchaser.

Once the watch is received at the EON workshop, the timepiece will be inspected to identify the root cause of the defect. An EON representative will contact you to inform you if the watch is confirmed to be a warranty case or a charged service. No charges will be incurred without prior authorization of the purchaser in the case of a paid service.

Once the warranty repairs or paid service are complete, the watch will be shipped/delivered back to you. You may be responsible for transportation costs, including, but not limited to, postage, insurance and packing materials. We recommend that any shipments to us include certified delivery and insurance.
