General
We currently do not offer an option to gift wrap your watch purchases.
At EON we strive for reliability and longevity of all our timepieces. But even the best timepieces require care and maintenance to ensure that they continue operating optimally. For this reason we recommend servicing your watch every 5 years. Please contact us for servicing your timepiece by completing this form and our customer service team will be in touch to make the necessary arrangements.
Watches

In this case your watch probably became magnetized. This can happen as a result of prolonged exposure to objects that emit a strong magnetic field. This could be various electronic or medical equipment such as laptops, speakers, MRI machines, etc. In such instances please bring your watch to our point of sale, or use a demagnetizer to remove the effect of magnetism from your watch.
This is because your watch time setting is off by 12 hours. Simply set the time 12 hours ahead and adjust the date using the quick set function accordingly.
We do not currently offer an engraving option. You are able to take your watch to another vendor to engrave it, however, this will void your warranty on the timepiece.
Straps
We currently offer one strap size option that fits wrist sizes of 17.5cm - 22.5cm.
If your watch strap is equipped with quick release spring bars, you can simply remove the strap from the watch case. To change the buckle you will still require a spring bar tool.
If your watch does not have quick release spring bars, you will need to use a spring bar tool to detach the strap from the case.
We recommend taking your watch in to any watch repair shop to minimize the potential for scratches to the case.
Changing your strap will not void the watch warranty, but EON carries no liability for any damage caused during the strap changing process.

We do not currently offer installment payment options.
The payment will be processed at the checkout stage. You will first select your timepiece, add it to your basket, complete the payment details and then the transaction will occur.
EON products have a fixed pricing applied to them so no discounts are being offered at this time.
We have a location for our showroom in the Qanat Quartier district in Doha, Qatar. You are welcome to contact our team and book an appointment for a viewing. To book an appointment, please complete this form. You will also be able to purchase your watches here.
Warranty
The warranty is initiated on the day that the purchase of the watch is made.
Yes the warranty does transfer with the timepiece. The new owner needs to be able to provide the original documents issued at the time of the purchase.
- Accidental damage
- Damage such as scratches, dents, corrosion or discoloration, where the functionality of the timepiece is not affected
- Water damage caused by a failure to comply with the stipulated water resistance for a given timepiece
- Leather strap
- Failure to follow the instructions in the manual
- Magnetization of the watch movement
- Movement damage stemming from adjusting the date wheel between the hours of 8pm and 2am
- Movement damage stemming from resetting the chronograph while the chronograph is already running
- Deliberate damage or negligence towards the timepiece
